Terms & Conditions:
1.0 Rates & Prices

All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), unless otherwise specified.

2.0 Booking Procedures

3.0 Confirmation of Booking

Each Booking shall not be deemed to be confirmed until and unless LT Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd shall have issued its confirmation in writing and full payment is required for confirmed booking.
Upon the booking confirm, LT Travel shall advise in writing the payment deadline. Should no payment Receive after the given deadline, the booking will be auto released.
4.0 Payment Mode

Payment shall be made to LT Travel & Tours (M) Sdn Bhd

Methods of payment accepted are credit card (MasterCard/Visa) with a 3% surcharge, Telegraphic Transfer, Cash Deposit and cheque.
Currency accepted are Ringgit Malaysia and US Dollar, the exchange rate being determined at the Sole discretion of LT Travel and updated periodically.
All charges for telegraphic transfer or other method are to be borne by the client.
Whatever the method of payment, funds must have cleared in our account by the payment Deadline.
5.0 Cancellations, Partial Cancellations, ‘NO SHOW’ And Amendments Charges

Services providers such as hotels, carriers, restaurant contractors or any other companies related to the services provided may charge cancellation, amendments and/or no show fees depending on the situation and/or circumstances. When they levy such charges, these charges will be billed to agent through LT Travel. LT Travel cannot be held responsible for charges incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.

5.1 Cancellation Charges

In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled/partially cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. Any cancellation received will incur the following cancellation charges: –
Days before Arrival Date Cancellation Charges

More than 30 business days 50% of the total Invoice amount

Less than 30 business days 100% of the total Invoice amount

No show 100% of the total Invoice amount
No Show”

In the event a client is a “No Show”, no refund in full or in part will be given for services in the programme not utilized.
6.0 Cancellation Procedures

LT Travel must be notified in writing of any cancellation by fax or electronic mail. A notice is only considered to have been served provided that an acknowledgement and acceptance by LT Travel is obtained.
7.0 Refunds

No refund, in full or in part, will be given for services included in the programme that is not utilized.
